Q: When does this course start and finish? 
A: This course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course – you decide when you start and when you finish - NO OVERWHELM HERE!!

Q: How long do I have access to this course?
A: How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course, for as long as you like.

Q: What is the time commitment for this course?
A: After enrolling you have access to the full course. You can watch a video a day for 2 weeks (plus one bonus video) OR binge watch them all at once! You have the flexibility to fit them into your busy schedule, no matter what the hours. All videos except the bonus are less than 10 minutes as I know you are time poor but want results NOW! You can even speed up the videos!

Q: Do I need to give up all my favourite foods?
A: Hell no! Life is too short for that. It’s what we do most of the time that really matters, so it’s about finding the right balance for you, so you feel in control and still meet your goals, without feeling restricted.

Q: I can’t cook, is this program right for me?
A: While you will need to spend some time in the kitchen, I want you to find balance in your lifestyle and feel confident in going out and sticking to your health goals too! You will also be able to make good choices with meal delivery services, if that is more your style. 

Q: Are meal plans included?
A: I don’t believe that one meal plan fits all (and can be overwhelming and another “failure” if you don’t stick to it) so there are no meal plans included. BUT I have a Sweet Treat Saturday bonus video, that includes how to make better choices in your sweet treats and a recipe book of some easy but delicious recipes.

Q: Do I need to give up all sugar?
A: I explain in the course how not all sugar is created equally. You don’t need to give up all sugar to see results, but being mindful of consumption and where it’s found goes a long way.

Q: Will this cure my sugar addiction in the 2 weeks?
A: Curing sugar addiction is a work in progress – this course gives you all the tools you need to stay on the sugar freedom train for life BUT timing for results will depend on how much you can commit to implementing the learnings and action steps (all bite-sized!).

Q: Is there any one-on-one support?
